What are The Learning Pond's hours?
We are open Monday-Friday from 7 am to 6 pm. However, we know how crazy things can get so if you need hours outside of this please let us know and we will try to work with you.
Are meals included in the price of child care?
Yes! Meals and snacks are all provided for children once they are transitioning off of baby food. During our interview, we will discuss any food allergies or restrictions your child might have.
Do you offer part time schedules?
We offer part time and full time schedules. We also offer drop in care based on availability.
What is your illness policy?
We require all children with fevers over 100, vomiting, diarrhea, or has been diagnosed with any contagious diesease to stay home untill they are symptom free for at least 24 hours. Please note this policy is designed to protect our students.
What are your rates?
The Learning Pond rates are based on days child actually attends. This means that you will not be charged for days child is out for illness or other reasons.
